I might be able to offer rent-to-own possibilities or maybe I will carry back my own loan and you would never have to set foot in a bank. My experience with all the various methods of selling (any buying) real estate affords me multiple possibilities in selling you a home. Oh, and don't forget my years of experience in mortgage lending. I am not a mortgage lender anymore, but I know some of the best of the best and that is exactly who I would refer you to.
